To kick off the new year and celebrate a successful 2025, Rich Packing organized a three-day team-building trip to Zhuhai’s relaxing hot springs. The getaway wasn’t just about taking a break, it was a celebration of the hard work, camaraderie, and shared values that drive the company forward. From surprise birthday celebrations to a fun-filled orchard visit and an unforgettable feast, the trip had something for everyone.

Morning Buzz: A Cozy Birthday Celebration on the Bus Ride

The adventure started bright and early on January 7th. Full of anticipation, the entire group boarded a chartered bus and set off toward Yushan Hot Springs. The ride was comfortable and filled with cheerful chatter as colleagues joked and planned what to do first. After about two hours, hunger struck and we made our first stop at a well-loved local farmhouse near the hot springs.

The restaurant was buzzing with flavors. From juicy free-range chicken to tender duck and goose, every dish tasted like it had been made with genuine care. One of the wait staff, Lily, proudly shared that all the poultry was locally raised and free-range, lending the meat an especially firm yet juicy texture that delighted everyone at the table.

The lunch was delicious, but the day’s first surprise was about to unfold. Just as everyone was finishing up, Lulu from the finance team stood up with a mischievous grin and announced, “Let’s celebrate Simon, Mary, and Peter’s birthdays today!”

At 6 p.m., the lobby came alive as the team gathered for the resort’s lively temple fair. The food street was a feast for the senses, with stalls offering both local and international flavors. From noodles and seafood to desserts and savory treats, there was something for everyone. And the best part? All-you-can-eat enjoyment for resort guests.

By 7:30, the excitement built for the evening’s highlight: Taigong’s Roast Pig Feast. At the sound of gongs and drums, a man in traditional dress carried a banner proudly displaying Rich Packing’s name, leading the team through the fair. A golden, perfectly roasted pig stood at the center, its aroma irresistible.

An experienced chef carved the first bowl of meat and handed it to Manager Fu, and the team cheered as they posed for a group photo. As they dug in, the crispy skin and juicy meat sparked laughter and lively conversation. "This pork is unbeatable!" one teammate exclaimed. "Crispy outside, juicy inside. Each bite is perfect!"

With praise flying around, everyone enjoyed the meal with gusto, filling their plates as the dining area buzzed with laughter and shared stories.
